7-day jump start to a more flexible mind & body.  Learn you can begin to turn around years of “inflexibility” in your body and your mind in just 7 days!

Day one:  

  1. Designate a space to stretch & workout. 
  2. If you are joining us and purchasing a Polga pole, make sure your ceilings are 7 ft-9.3 ft.  If your ceilings are above 9.3 make sure you order an extender for your pole.  Order your Polga Pole
  1. Make sure your space is clear of obstacles and you have room to move.  If you are waiting for your pole to arrive, make sure you have a bare wall so you can participate in our wall workout.  
  1. Take a “starting photo” of any 3-5 poses from the below chart to compare them at the end of your seven days. 
  1. Listen to a few suggested meditation/visualization audio at least 2 x per day.

  1. Do our FREE Wall Workout.
  2. Begin to plan your nutrition and meals.  Make sure you download or easy to follow download or we recommend Weight Watchers WW.  Many of our students have had tremendous success on this program.  You can sign up here.  Sign up for WW
  3. Take the emotional assessment listed below.  Add up the total number and keep for comparison later. 

Day 2-Day 6:

  1. Work alongside one of videos 2 x during the day.  It is always good to start your day off more,flexible, so we always recommend one of the times be in the morning to start your day.
  1. Listen to our meditation/relaxation audio at least 1 x during the day preferably 2 x.  Recommended times would be the start and end of each day!
  2. Make sure you are eating nutritious and healthy meals.  What you eat is 80% of your success.  You can feel and look your best if you are not eating your best. 

Day 7:

  1. Take another photo of the poses your picked-on day 1 and do a comparison.  Make sure you post them to the Polga Facebook page or Instagram and tag us  so you can encourage and inspire someone else just starting their 7-day experience.
  1. Take the challenge emotional assessment and see how you are feeling emotionally and compare day 1 to day 7.  Again, share your results with the group.  We love to be inspired!
